Aina Lighting packages its own SMD and runs automated production. UV-A programs sit on that line: private label, a changed bracket, a fixed wavelength bin, or a module count that matches your mast.
What we change
Finish, bracket, driver location, 365 nm or 395 nm bin, module count, and private label.
What stays published
Radiant flux, IP rating and the batch test report stay attached to the build. OEM does not mean an unpublished number.
What to send with an OEM brief
Target market and certification (CE and RoHS are on the current UV families; ask if you need the parent company’s wider file).
Voltage, mounting, the wattage you actually want to stock, and whether the crew can service a module.
Artwork for the label, and who owns the tooling conversation if the housing changes.
