Match the lamp to the chemistry
Cure and NDT both fail quietly when the wavelength is wrong or the irradiance at the surface was never measured. These fixtures publish radiant flux from a third-party radiometric test, per batch. They do not publish one universal µW/cm² number, because that figure moves with distance and beam.
Take the portable 24.5 V work light to a joint, a vehicle or a line that has no mains at the point of work. Use the 60° spot for a local glue or ink spot. Use a fixed modular flood when the same station runs all day.
